Location: Green Point Cygnet Tasmania 

Scope:  One of the finest examples of contemporary architecture in Tasmania, Boat House, on Green Point is almost 60m in length and features double glazed floor to ceiling windows and doors through almost all of the home. Green point is located at port Cygnet in Tasmania's beautiful Huon Valley and is a gated private waterfront estate on the peninsula.

Boat House is situated on 1 hectare of gently sloping pasture with dual waterfront age on both sides of the point that features excellent direct water access over the crown reserve to the foreshore. There are Ideal places to moor your boat on either side of the property. With views to the Cygnet yacht club and township over Gardner's Bay to the north and a secluded small beach in Helms Bay to the south of the home.

AGA Traditional heat storage cookers were unique as they required building on site from the chassis up, this cooker when fully built weighed approximately 971 kg, these days Aga have changed their design and are modular in construction with the main cooker coming fully assembled.

Once the internals are complete, the cooker is filled with Vermiculite insulation
